[NEWS] BRG Masters 2017 – A “Standard” Golf Tournament In Vietnam

On April 15th, 2017, the golf tournament BRG Masters 2017 took place on the golf course BRG Legend Hill Resort, opening a series of tournaments of BRG Golf Vietnam Amateur Tour 2017, organized by BRG Golf (BRG Group). With the spirit of honoring the “standard” style in playing golf, the committee has taken times to considerate and research about International Golf Rules, apply strictly the principles into each game but still ensure the suitability with Vietnam actual conditions. This helped create a chance for BRG Masters 2017 golfers to challenge and experience an international standard tournament with every single rule and regulation, keeping the fairness throughout the games.

Gathering up to 140 golfers with different levels, BRG Masters 2017 plays the Strokeplay format with many valueable prizes, particularly the technical ones such as: Nearest to the Pin, Nearest to the Line, Longest Drive, Hole-In-One.

Sharing about this event, Operation Director of the Northern Golf Courses – Mr. Evans Mahoney stated: “Just like the international amateur golf tournaments, the BRG Masters 2017 in particular and the BRG Vietnam Amateur Tour 2017 series in general will be monitored and managed closely and comprehensively, to ensure golf rules and manners to be maintained during the games

We will take this series as a role model of organization to bring the highest levels of golf experience, encouraging golfers to spread the message about golf rules and fair play spirit when competing in a wholesome golf playground.”
