The top 2 on the list of 10 best courses in Vietnam selected by Golf Digest went to 2 regions: The Bluffs Ho Tram in the South and BRG Da Nang Golf Resort in the Central. Coincidentally, both courses are the works of the legendary golfer “The Great White Shark” Greg Norman.

The Bluffs Ho Tram (Vung Tau) are ranked #74 of 100 Best golf courses in the World. This place is like a present of nature when fully combined all elements into a perfect assemblage, with streams, rocks, typical vegetation of the South-East beach together with breeze and golden sand dunes… Besides, 5-star worldwide standard amenities such as Clubhouse, Resort, Hotel, Asia-Europe Restaurant has made here an attraction to domestic and international golfers.

BRG Da Nang Golf Resort is not a less when being recognized as 1 in 15 best courses in the World in 2010 – just a short time after opening. Continuously in the following years, this course has its name in the list of the top courses in Vietnam and Asian, voted by well- reputed agents. Not only situated between 2 famous destinations – Hoi An Ancient Town and Hue Ancient Capital, BRG Da Nang also had an extreme good view toward the East sea, looking over Cham Island and Marble Mountains. Any golfer being here would be mesmerized and tempted.

The oldest golf course: Da Lat Golf Club (Da Lat Palace)

Bao Dai King is the first one to bring this noble sport to Vietnam with the decision of constructing the first golf course in 1922, when he returned from France. After all up and down, until 1993, this course received a proper investment and resurrected into a 18-hole standard one, 7000 yards, par72, fully equipped with Clubhouse, Pro shop, driving range, locker rooms, restaurant, hotel, golf tool lease, spa & massage… and keep developing, maintaining and upgrading. Well located in the center of “City of thousand flowers”, with direct view over the dreamy Xuan Huong Lake and central market nearby, Da Lat Golf Club is quite “old” but pretty good and absolutely not less than any new course when it comes to golfer attracting.

The largest golf course: BRG Kings’ Island

With the total area of 350 ha and surrounded by 1.500 ha water, Kings’ Island Golf (Dong Mo, Son Tay, Ha Noi) includes 2 courses with 18 holes: Lakeside and Mountain View. Constructed following the natural landscapes, Lakeside course is highly challenging with 14/18 holes close to big ponds, small and difficult greens. Meanwhile, Mountain View is appealing with great mountain ranges embracing players and curvy fairways. The courses are designed separately by 2 different agents in 2 different times, yet very harmonized together and well combined with the nature: mountain – forest – lake, bringing exciting and challenging experience for golfers.

The most challenging golf course: Vinpearl Golf Club Nha Trang

As the first island golf course in Vietnam, operated since May 2011, Vinpearl golf course is dedicated wholly by IMG (U.S) to create a high-standard masterpiece of architecture. All 18 holes meet the international level in an open space, golfers can see the blue sea far away, no matter where they stand.
