From today, October 26th and lasting to 29th, the world top golfers will compete together for the World Golf Championships – HSBC Champions 2017. As a part of PGA Tour, this year tournament is taking place at Shenshan International Golf Club, Shanghai and this is also the last destination in Asia of the tour.
This year’s event promises spectacular performance with the participation of 18 golfers in the top 25 of the world. Last year’s champion Hideki Matsuyama will play against the “top guns” such as Dustin Johnson, Si Woo Kim, Phil Mickelson, Jason Day, Justin Rose, Johm Rahm, Henrik Stenson.
Shenshan International Golf Club is a professional golf course having operated for 13 years, 7,266 yards, par72. Despite being the first golf club in the Shanghai region, just a short time after officially opening, Shanshen has been praised by Tiger Woods as “the crowning jewel of all of Asian golf”.
