Step 1: Register for a reservation (golf booking tee time)

(*) Customers booking tee time must provide the following information:
– Tee-off date and time
– Golf course
– Number of players
– Name List of players

Step 2: Confirm playtime with customers

Booking and reservation time should be made at least 03 days (72 hours) in advance for weekdays and 05 days (120 hours) for weekends or public holidays and up to 07 days before playtime set.

After receiving the customer’s booking information, the consultant confirms the golf booking status with the customer by phone and sends a confirmation email when the booking is successful.

In the event that the customer’s playing time in the booking program coincides with the closing time of the course or the time the course has a tournament or has already been booked by another guest, UniGolf has the right to refuse and advise another playing time or course suitable for guest.

Other Information

Check in time Please check in 30 minutes PRIOR TO the tee off time under names of registered golfers
Combination Incomplete groups of less than 4 golfers may be and golfer must comply. There might be player(s) added to your group to combine to a 4-player group.

Golfers that refuse to combine will not be allowed to play but will be charge in full.
Food & Beverage Outside food and beverage is not permitted.
Driving range Driving range balls are additional charge
Caddie reservations Specific Caddies can be booked for a reservation fee
Golf Club Each golfer must have a golf bag and clubs.
Weather policy Please note we operate an inclement weather policy.
Cancellation FIT (under 12 golfer ) – Cancel more than 31 days prior to your arrival: refund 100% of client’s deposit.

– Cancel from 8 to 30 days prior to your arrival: The cancellation fees shall be varied up to specific itinerary.

– Cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival: NO REFUND.

However in extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies, airport shutdowns and other matters beyond clients’ control, UniGolf work with our suppliers to do everything possible to either negate or at least minimize any cancellation penalties.

SAFETY REGULATIONS

  1. Always follow the instructions and guidance of the starters, marshals, and caddies.
  2. Read and comply with all buggy operating instructions. Golf buggies must only be driven on designated paths under all weather conditions.
  3. Only take a shot when it is safe for fellow players, caddies, and the group ahead.
  4. Golfers under 12 years old must be accompanied, supervised, and guided by an adult while on the course.
  5. Golfers under 5 years old are only permitted on the course with prior approval from the management and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  6. Golfers are fully responsible for any loss or damage to rented or borrowed property during the registered period of use.

 ETIQUETTE

  1. Each golfer must have their own set of clubs and may not share clubs with others. All golfers must be accompanied by a caddie while on the course.
  2. Golfers must wear soft-spike golf shoes and attire that complies with the club’s dress code. Jeans, collarless shirts, excessively short pants or skirts above the knee, and evening gowns are not permitted.
  3. Golfers are required to ensure that:
    – Bunkers are raked, ball marks on the greens are repaired, and divots are replaced (with assistance from caddies where applicable).
    – Slow play is avoided: Maximum playing time is 4 hours 40 minutes for 18 holes. Maximum playing time is 2 hours 20 minutes for 9 holes. Slower groups must allow faster groups to play through.
  4. Please refrain from making excessive noise or disturbing other golfers.
  5. A maximum of two golfers and two caddies are permitted per buggy.
  6. Tee box regulations:
    Black Tees: For golfers with handicaps from 1 to 9.
    Blue Tees: For golfers with handicaps from 10 to 18.
    White Tees: For beginner male golfers.
    Red Tees: For female golfers.
  7. All staff and golfers are responsible for preserving and protecting the club’s property and will be held liable for any damage caused.
  8. Member golfers are fully responsible for the behavior and conduct of the guests or friends they invite during their time at the club.
