Widely known for a deep interest in highly educational yet pricey hobby, Sir Bao Dai invested a large amount of money to turn the Edwardian-styled architecture drawing of a contemporary French designer into realistic around the 1920s. However, due to political issues, this gorgeous place was closed over 70 years later.

In 1994, Dalat emerged as an ideal destination for retreat tourism in Southeast Asia. Back then, there was a million-dollar project in the site, made it risen again. Now, it is regarded as one of the top golf spots in Viet Nam and Asia also.
